I ordered 3 bars of Bronnley lime scented soap. The soap is lovely although Grandma is disappointed that the fragrance has changed from Bronnley’s original.
BUT, the packaging was excessive.
Arrived in a brown cardboard box, padded with crumpled paper and polystyrene shapes.
Inside said cardboard box, was a box of 3 soaps and on opening this box, each soap was individually wrapped in paper. See ph

I ordered some A4 paper. It didn't arrive so I emailed to ask where it was. They said the carrier had returned the delivery to them. They couldn't reissue the order as they don't store card details; but they have automatically refunded my payment. (How if they don't store card details; and, in any case, why didn't they just reissue the order instead of refunding my payment.)

Bought oak shelving. It was delivered within the promised hour slot on the delivery day. Each shelf was packed in a cardboard wrapper with corner protection. Boards were of good quality as advertised.

I ordered what I thought was green printer paper and it is described as paper both in the order and on the packaging. It is in fact green card not suitable for day to day printing which is what I wanted. I would like to return it for a refund if possible although I had to carefully slit open the end of the packet to discover its contents.

Love the color and the length of the cardigan. But it’s not made very well. I don’t know if it is just my one? The cardigan has two sides that have a slit on. One is bigger then the other, it just looks unfinished.

I ordered some felt for a small project. The felt was excellent quality, it was delivered rolled up, so no creases. Good value for money. Delivery was quite quick, despite shipping from somewhere in Europe. I would definitely use this company again.

My grey cardigan is soft and warm but light, so very comfortable. I already have the blue one, and it's just as good.
Only 4 stars as it's quite expensive.
