The clothes are fabulous, well made and well designed, especially for a tall woman. However, the website is not wonderful with issues over card payments not being accepted, without it being clear what had happened. In addition their communication is poor, far more email updates would resolve apparent lack of progress. Also, returns take a long time to process and the wait for refunds is very lengt

I ordered long boots online from Peter Hahn on the 6th of April 2023. After about 25 days I sent them a message inquiring about my order. They replied that they never received my order, and if I'd like I could order again from them. I used my debit card details online to order from Peter Hahn in the first place, and now I don't know where this order went and who got it, if it didn't reach Peter Ha

Some of your telephone ladies are incredibly and genuinely warm and helpful. Some of the men are helpful. P Hahn is reliable and trustworthy and I love some of the offers. Some clothing has become bizarre. They have constant catalogues and are looking for new ideas. At 5 feet 11 inches I should prefer more 36 inch skirts and dresses. I thought the print of my picture on Canvas was excellent quality,
I would've liked a dark stiff cardboard backing to prevent light entering from the back and upon which to stick on my artists card to provide details of the subject as a print taken from the original and details of the artist
I would also have liked the hanging "D"rings and Chord to have been fitted by you so the picture was re

Ordered three jigsaws but wouldn’t have ordered even at the discounted price because it didn’t come in a box

A friend and I sought sanctuary at the cafe on a very wet day. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the carrot cake was probably the best I have ever had. It was quiet so we lingered and dried off. We bought some cards in the gift shop which hit the spot for the people we were buying them from.

Although the returns procedure is free & easy, it took a week after Royal Mail tracking had delivered items for them to acknowledge receipt. My credit card receipt had been credited but they didn't inform me and the credit was backdated to the day I made the order. Don't know how that is possible.

like the website and all it offers , quality & fashionable too. Only downside is the Logistics and it takes longer for orders to arrive compared to many other companies. Appreciate this is because orders come from Europe but it can affect decision making if wanting an item quickly.

Honestly, all round great job. Haven't had any problems with the PC and it looks amazing to boot. The thank you card wasent necessary but it was a amazing touch to make it even better!

When I received my purchase it had two dents in the dustbin so I called Klarstein to inform them and spoke to a lady named Jamie.
I was offered the option to keep the bin and receive a 30 discount rather than return it so I accepted this compromise and was assured that the 30 would be refunded to my card within five working days however more than two weeks have now passed and I have not had the

Brilliant online service but packaging for me is a problem - I don 't need a plastic hanger and a big box with fancy tissue paper. The items I buy could be neatly folded and placed in a bag, which could even be cardboard.

But... no confirmation email , or card through the letter box to say item delivered..( left next to bins )if I hadn't needed to put bid out I would'nt have known , and the parcel would've got soaked, (been raining all day ) It would've been water damaged
