Wall lights are lovely and excellent delivery via Yodel. But, when I called to say I was having difficulty using my payment card on their website, the call person very rudely suggested there may not be enough money in my account. Not very customer friendly!

I like the level of service. It's really nice in this day and age to catch a short haul flight in Europe and get an onboard refreshment.

-Poor quality food
-overpriced tickets fight for Family travellers going from Europe to Ivory Coast
-Air France have big market with no competitors in Africa for decades but the ticket are still very expensive compared to other companies .

Hadn’t realised jigsaw puzzle would be printed on such thin cardboard! Sooo flimsy. Should have checked. Print looks good just so thin not really practical to use as jigsaw.

The goods are first class and I like them. The downside is that delivery times are poor. Peter Hahn claim that they do not take payment until the goods have left their warehouse. This is not true. I notice that the payment is taken from my credit card soon after sending the order. A few days later I am told that my order is on its way. It then takes at least a week before it arrives.
