Excellent quality streached canvas..details are pinpoint accurate ..no blurring or fuzziness..thankfully the site will not reproduce a downloaded photo that is not of superior quality..You must do better on the packaging..canvas shipped in cardboard sleeve with no paper or bubble wrap as a barrier..I’m from S Wales and we recycle everything and are second in the world for this..You are blindly re

Over £300 worth of clothes left at side of house in the rain for days. No notification of delivery coming or that it had been left. Cardboard boxes ruined so not easy to do returns and paperwork illegible

Two of us paid for separate orders on-line Two weeks later PH claimed that the each of the separate credit card payments were declined. These cards were still active

Great products.. and very tempting.

Delivery is rather slow and may be because some come from Europe but there is little information on when something could be arriving. Otherwise I would give five stars.

Paid extra money for a special message in a card to be put with it and didn’t get it. Took nearly 2 weeks extra to get the parcel because yodel delivered it to the entirely wrong address and wouldn’t let me change anything on the notes.

Really didn't like that there didn't seem to be a straight forward payment option for Debit Cards.
(The online payment method section was just really confusing. Didn't want to go through Trustworthy (as have no idea who that third party provider is?) and not sure who uses a bank transfer to pay for a flight?

During the booking process it is suggested that you can reserve seats "from £0" whereas in fact the charges are £9/£10 per seat per journey and it is said that "you may be charged for use of a credit card" - to discourage that route? - whereas no charge is applied, and I suspect that wouldn't be legal anyhow.

I tried so hard to get my order and I gave my card info several times on the phone and online and they said it had gone through but they kept then later sending me messages that it had been declined i asked someone to call me and it never happened. There’s nothing wrong with my card, I have been using it elsewhere like normal. Even when I complained on email I received no response.

Easy to book but your payment screen is not big enough to confirm payment through my bank. The confirmation button was hidden. Had to use a different card. Also no confirmation icon for seat selection. Need to improve this on IPhone

So the app wouldn’t allow me to pay for my flight with a credit card. I was able to pay with a debit card which i wouldn’t do! I then rang and the man on phone couldn’t honour the price on the app and I just had to keep trying it go onto your site via safari. That did work but then within the space of 1 he the flight price went up by £100!! Absolutely disappointed with the terrible customer servic

My parcel has never arrived. I can see there is a photo but that is not in my flat block. There was no alert to say my parcel was delivered. So therefore I cannot give anymore than a 1. Maybe Royal mail need to leave a card or something if the customer is not at home. Then we could pick it up from the sorting g office. So all in all I have paid for something g I never received

I never did get my latest order. Kept being told’ my credit card hadn’t been accepted despite phone calls and conversations. Still getting emails now saying the same thing. Shame really. Never did like the long time from order to receiving clothes but felt it worthwhile as the clothes are lovely. Ordered product which was easy on the website. Order took a little longer to arrive due to circumstances in Europe causing delays.
Arrived on day given but had boot marks across the front. Obviously been stepped on. However, the product was thankfully undamaged. Great clarity in reproduction.
