Disappointed not to receive a confirmation of order and could not find the amount of the payment payment I authorised without looking at my credit card account. I did not make a note of the amount when I placed the order.

I posted my samples of 6/9 and you said weren't received until 13th -
Then by 29th they still hadn't been processed and you said that you has equipment shortages.
When i asked for a refund you wanted to hold back £15 for the price of a test kit.
After remonstrating and threatening to report you to my credit card company and appropriate consumer association bureau yo

The order was executed promptly and without bother. However, I question the need for such a large cardboard box to house but a small plastic bag.

Paid for an order, of some expense and no info of due posted date. Apparently wanted numbers of the card you paid with for confirmation! Will be using Amazon next time. What a poor service, no Viking emails till many day's after, still waiting for delivery! Weeks after.. .....

Good value for money and really prompt delivery. There was a problem with a can of adhesive that formed part of the order but which arrived broken however within a few minutes of reporting it, a refund was issued (by very helpful and responsive staff) to my credit card. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely buy from them again.

Delivery was on time and as promised. I bought six ink cartridges and received a free gift of sweets. The package was way too big and a waste of cardboard - more thought should be given to smaller packaging.

Took three attempts to make this online booking in business. Last page before payment described it as economy’, then charged to an expired credit card on old flying blue system, meanwhile issued me with booking ref which was later cancelled with no notice. Call centre no help whatsoever.

Booked online yesterday, very clear website. It was easier this time as compared to 3years ago. I had trouble paying by credit card but it was not AF problem. Will use again as have another trip in early January.

Rude and tried to illegally charge a service fee

I went in to try to top off my bus pass and was told there was a £1 fee. I asked if this was legal and expressed concern (spoiler alert it's not legal for them to do this). The woman got angry with me for asking and was very aggressive. I tried to get her to put the money on the card anyway (I needed money on my bus pass and was late for a medical appointment) but she refused and was aggressively belligerent, telling me to get out of her store or she'd call the police. I have reported them to Trading Standards as these actions were illegal but want to spread the word that this is how they treat people.
