Easy to use and fairly quick on delivery. Over packaged in a very big cardboard box though for one bra and one pair knickers.

I received my order along with a gift card, which I was very unhappy with. Emailed the company and 2 weeks on still no reply. The jigsaw arrived in a plastic bag and the card was just a piece of printed paper which I had paid £2.90 for. I was charged £6.00 postage which would have cost £3.00 maximum. Cheap tack, with no response, don’t waste your money

I had to return 2 items because they didn't fit.This was at the beginning of May. After 5 phone calls and promises that the money would be back on my account in 5 working days it is still not refunded.
I did order another item and the amount was taken off my credit card already but the item wasn't delivered yet.
For now I have stopped ordering from Peter Hahn.

I have ordered a cardigan on 14th May 2023, which I have not received yet - 16 working days after ordering. When I wrote asking when I would receive the cardigan, I just got a standard email saying that your delivery time is 8-10 working days, which showed that Chelsea MB did not read my query properly.

Deliver the goods in reasonable time. We placed our order on 10/5, were advised that 4 of the 6 items had been despatched, were debited for the goods on our credit card and we are still awaiting the goods!

However, your refund service is extremely slow. I am still waiting for a refund which should have been credited to my card, especially as the warehouse has confirmed that you have received my return over 2 weeks ago.
The two items were only returned as they were a poor fit, as all the other items I received have fitted well.
Apparently this is a computer fault as you have rece

I placed an order on 29th April and still have not received the goods. My credit card was debited on 11th May.
Peter Hahn are very bad at communication. Offered a voucher to spend on a subsequent order to be used by 31st May when I haven’t even received this order.
They seriously need to up their game!

I corrected it, but apparently the website retained the date and continued to decline my card. I exited the site and came back 2 hours later - same result. I then phoned my bank. They advised me to change device or browser and try again. This worked. I don't have this pro

Ordered on different occasions two pairs of sneakers one pair on 24 April and another pair 5 May. Both pairs were returned immediately and haven’t received refund for either pair. Very annoyed as this will incur interest on my credit card.
Will certainly think twice before ordering anything from Peter Hahn again. Spoke to someone on the phone who said I would get my refund, but still no luck.
