I received my items after quite a while which isn't such a big deal as there's postal strikes. However, I spent £150 and the items arrived just in the cheap cardboard delivery box you'd get for £1. No tissue, no inner box, no presentation, just dumped in this box. I phoned to complain and was kept wait8ng 10 mins before the person came back to say I have to email this complaint. I did and nothing

Slow to deliver and then when the V neck cardigan arrived it was not as illustrated. It looked as though a size 8 was attached to a size 16 sleeves. The buttons were far too high up the front. Disappointed as colour was really nice and quality was good. Had to return. Have had email acknowledging return 7 days ago but no money back yet.

Yodel initially messaged me to say that they had tried to deliver my items unsuccessfully and had left a calling card both of which were untrue. The lamp was eventually delivered two days later but the four bulbs I had ordered are still missing.

Just the light I wanted and for a great price.
No assembly instructions but fairly obvious what to do.
Yodel did deliver 2 days late and left the cardboard box on the doorstep in the rain at 10.00pm despite note on door asking that the parcel be left with a neighbour.

We visited last weekend and found this quirky little shop filled with handcrafted trinkets after deciding on our purchases the lady was having signal issues with card payments after a few times of trying and us suggesting we’d try and find a cashpoint the lovely lady said it was our lucky day and gave us our things for free what a lovely lady with a lovely little shop😀

A jigsaw ordered as a Christmas gift was delivered through the letter box, breaking it up into its 300 pieces. It came on card and in an envelope, no box ( which ive since been told ..twice...they dont advertise) no reference picture either dire packaging for such a gift, and god knows how you're supposed to do the jigsaw with no reference picture!
I contacted customer services to get a respon

Did not pick up any of my officially confirmed intolerances, did not give me accurate information almost felt like they'd not even checked my blood card because my results were strange and unexpected, I have a strong intolerance to Yeast which Did not show up on the test. I will be requesting a refund from the company and providing my documenting from the NHS and my other private tests.

Having returned a coat as their was a bit damage, I was amazed that my card was credited so quickly. I reordered the another coat the same as before and was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered so quickly. Thank you.

Courier company they use yodel are rubbish and liars wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole still haven’t received my lights said they called 3 times they didn’t call once nor did they leave a card .

Easy to navigate website and good choice of products, I’m very pleased with the cardigan I bought. Delivery took a few days but there was no information as to whether the item was on its way, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

the goods never left their depot in europe, i waiting 3 weeks then asked for a refund that i did get eventually.
I have ordered several times from them in the past and never experienced a problem but this one just went pear shaped.
