I have not yet received the order.
When I tried to contact the delivery company using info on the Rigby and Peller email stating it had been dispatched, UPS delivery stated they had attempted a delivery and then returned to sender in Belgium. I suspect that this might be an error! If a delivery was attempted, no delivery note was posted. Please contact me with an update.

I am unable to provide a rating as UPS did not deliver to me and, according to the order tracking have returned the items to sender.

Absolutely dreadful service UPS tell me my order has apparently been returned to sender without being delivered to me! £188 of my money in limbo. One can't contact Rigby & Peller, they don't respond to emails. If you want to buy lingerie I recommend you do not buy from Rigby & Peller.

Never received the item , it was dispatched a week ago , but then in halfway to me returned back to the sender. No communication from the company, just only that it will be delayed. Very unhappy .

I ordered a set of lingerie in the sale in early January and payment has been taken. On 15th January the parcel has yet to arrive. The tracking information suggests UPS picked it up but was unable to carry out the delivery and has returned it to the warehouse in Belgium. Please help. I assume it is Brexit regulations that have caused the problem. The first time your excellent service has failed
